Cancellation Policy: ANY CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED NO LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE OF ARRIVAL $100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival. A $218 exit cleaning fee will also be charged in addition to rental amount and taxes.
A Five-Night Minimum Stay is required unless backed up to existing rental
A fourteen-night minimum stay is required over the Christmas holiday.
